  • LATIN DANCE - BALLROOM FITNESS: Come join ASH in a dynamic, mind expanding, hip- & heart opening dance lesson / workshop in the concept Ballroom Fitness where Salsa, Samba & Cha cha cha is choreographed in a fun setting by Annette Sahara Horning. We shall try our best salsa moves, samba hips and act as we have no boundaries and blockages in our body, soul and mind. The dancing lesson is for everybody and it’s your time to feel free and have fun with great music.

Dancing with ASH is a little crazy and you will leave this dance lesson with a feeling of ruling the world being the queen or king divas we are! The lesson is in English. 60 minutes.

  • DIVA DANCE & EMBODIMENT: Come join ASH in a fun, sensual, mind expanding, flow and heart opening dance lesson in the concept “Diva Dance & Embodiment”. It’s our privilege to feel free in our body and this is your opportunity to dance different positive emotions – using our hips, shoulders, sensuality and laughter - facilitated and guided by Annette Sahara Horning – to create flow in your body. It’s about self-empowerment.

We use our body moves and hips to release tension, sense our boundaries, breathe to set free, dance & co-create, connect and create sensuality and happiness in our body. This Diva Dance & Embodiment workshop is about connecting body, mind & soul but also in a fun way with movement, breathing and dance moves. The workshop will also have a spiritual guided meditation in the end to relax and release.
